Shipping & Returns
All sales are final. It is a rare occasion to receive a damaged product. In any event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order date by emailing email@example.com. You must provide a detailed explanation and provide a picture of the damage. Once we have received your email we will determine the course of action. At our discretion we may offer a replacement, a discount, a refund or an account credit to be used for a later purchase. The customer is responsible for cost of any returns if deemed necessary. Orders are shipped within 7 days of the order date via USPS. Orders are shipped during normal business hours - 9AM - 5PM PST. Monday thru Friday.
